But I’m part of those who always get told ‘Come on, you don’t need to be on a diet!‘.
Truth be told, I have the feeling that I’ve always been on a diet.
But, in the last 5 years it’s been a fun one.
A diet that, 5 years ago, helped me lose nearly 10 kg.
A diet that, nowadays, helps me maintain a healthy weight.
A diet involving chocolate and bacon… but, yeah, mainly fruits, vegs and spices.
It’s more a lifestyle than a proper diet.
And it’s all about having fun cooking, eating and sharing food — rather than counting calories.
